Cine Rabeca
Time dimensions that emerge from the relation between the visible and the imagined, between memory and the experience of the presente. Through the film dispositif, music and archive entangle a unique place. The cine-concert moves across the soundscape of Brazilian sugar cane fields intertwining live soundtrack with images produced by artists and ethnographers between 1991-2009. On stage, Luiz Paixão and Renata Rosa take part in a cinematographic reencounter with their own trajectories, improvise with their rabecas and recreate themselves.
